Hello Family!

Thank you for joining me for another post. If you are returning, I thank you, and appreciate you. If you are new, Hi, My name is Sunny Indigo from Bluesky & YouTube, and this…is my blog..SunnyIndigo.com. Welcome!

This week I have some explaining to do before we get into the topic.

Words of Wisdom: Life changes are going to happen, when they do, you roll with the punches, and come out better than before.

With that being said, I know that the majority of “empty-nesters” have a nice home, or have downsized to a smaller home. To that, I wish all of them the very best. On the other hand, many people do NOT have houses.😯 I for example, have never felt a need, or had the money, to buy a home. I’ve always had a budget, and I actually love renting from an apartment complex. I love the luxury of having maintenance fix whatever was broken. This small thing was something that helped me out in the past, and still helps me out to this day. I have also learned how to “downsize” through the years, this is my short back-story.

With my children, I had a 3 bedroom townhouse for about 10 years. When I was ready to move, 1 of my kids stayed in the dorms in college, and the other 2 moved with me. We went from a 3 bedroom in Tennessee, to a 2 bedroom apartment in Arizona. This was a big change for everyone, but it was a good change. After my 2 graduated high school, they moved out. Once again, I downsized to a less expensive, 1 bedroom apartment. Click the link here to find out what is going on as of right now ……

Now that you have seen the video, (and you’ve seen how nice I am😂), let’s get down to the extended version of the topic at hand.

How To Zone Your Areas In A Studio.

You can be as creative as your little heart’s desire! You can go neutral, have pastel colors, go bold, traditional, or whatever you want. When it comes to taking a small space, and making it a cozy place, it’s all up to you!

I will have future videos connecting “Small Spaces” & “Thrifty Expeditions”. It all falls under “More Joy, Spending Less Coin“.🥰

For zoning your space, whether it’s a studio, or apartment, some ideas are found on my Pinterest board titled “A Small Space For Big Living”. In the board you will find that you can separate your areas with:

1. Rugs

2. Room Dividers

3. Book Cases

4. Shelves

5. Floor Curtains

Until next week, Never forget, “More Joy for Less Coin, And More Corner“!
